By accessing or using the services of Global Synapse Technologies ("GS TECH"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

GS TECH provides software development, AI solutions, digital marketing, and related technology services. Service specifics are outlined in individual project agreements or service-level agreements (SLAs).

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, and use our services lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.

All content, code, designs, and proprietary technology developed by GS TECH remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via written agreement.

Payment terms are defined in individual agreements. Invoices are due within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may incur additional fees.

GS TECH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations remain in effect.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
